This Yoga Alliance-certified program covers all foundational pillars of yoga education:
• Asana & Alignment – Understand biomechanics, injury prevention, and the art of intelligent sequencing
• Anatomy & Physiology – Learn the body systems through a functional and trauma-aware lens
• Philosophy & Ethics – Dive into the Yoga Sutras, Eight Limbs, and yoga as a way of life
• Pranayama, Meditation & Subtle Body – Cultivate inner stillness, breath awareness, and energetic literacy
• Teaching Methodology – Cue with confidence, theme classes, and hold space with authenticity

Do I need to be advanced in yoga to take this training?
No! A consistent practice and curiosity are more important than flexibility or fancy poses. This training is for dedicated students ready to go deeper.
Can I do this even if I don’t want to teach?
Absolutely. Many students join to deepen their personal practice, learn yoga philosophy, and grow spiritually. Teaching is optional.
Are additional resources required?
Yes, we will provide a required and recommended reading list upon registration.
Is the program registered with Yoga Alliance?
Yes! Graduates are eligible to register as RYT-200 through Yoga Alliance upon completion.
